• Sessions must be conducted through our official platform to be eligible

• Guarantee applies only to individual therapy sessions, not group sessions or specialized programs

How to Claim:

• You must communicate your decision to end the session within the 15-minute window.

• "Feeling better" is defined as experiencing any noticeable improvement in mood, stress level, or emotional state

Limitations:

• This guarantee is limited to one session per client

• Sessions that continue beyond 15 minutes are charged at our standard rate

• The guarantee does not apply to no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance

• Technical issues (internet connectivity, platform problems) that interrupt the session do not qualify for the guarantee

• Refund processing may take 3-5 business days
